Circumvention inquiry under antidumping and countervailing duty order on 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic acid from China
Commerce made a final affirmative circumvention determination that acidic (non-neutralized) solid HEDP from China is circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on HEDP from China, applied country-wide, so CBP will suspend liquidation and collect cash deposits under the existing order rates.
