Circumvention inquiry under antidumping and countervailing duty order on certain alkyl phosphate esters from China
Commerce initiated a country-wide circumvention inquiry into whether alkyl phosphate esters completed or assembled in Thailand from Chinese intermediate chemicals are circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on esters from China. The notice sets no new duty rates.
