Circumvention inquiry under antidumping and countervailing duty order on certain corrosion-resistant steel products from China, South Korea and Vietnam
Commerce initiated a country-wide circumvention inquiry into whether corrosion-resistant steel products from China completed in Thailand using Chinese components are circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel from China. The notice sets no rates; Commerce will direct CBP to continue suspension of liquidation and apply the cash deposit rate that would apply if the product were covered by the orders.
