Circumvention inquiry under antidumping and countervailing duty order on certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and 225cc, and parts thereof, from China
Commerce made an affirmative final determination that vertical shaft engine models 5C65M0 and BC70M0 from Zongshen in China are later-developed merchandise circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on small vertical shaft engines from China, and will direct CBP to collect cash deposits on these models for entries on or after July 11, 2025. The notice sets no new company-specific rates.
