Circumvention inquiry under antidumping and countervailing duty order on standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico
Commerce issued a final affirmative circumvention determination finding that low-carbon steel wire produced in Mexico and completed into standard steel welded wire mesh in the United States is circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on welded wire mesh from Mexico, so CBP will suspend liquidation and collect cash deposits on covered unliquidated entries, with the all-others rates of 22.01 percent (AD) and 1.03 percent (CVD) applying to companies without a company-specific rate.
