• Oct 19, 2026Commerce makes final antidumping and countervailing duty determination on truck bed covers from China

  Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination on truck bed covers from China, finding countervailable subsidies for the January 1 to December 31, 2025 period, with estimated subsidy rates from 11.60% to 142.11% and an all-others rate of 43.43%. The ITC will decide within 45 days whether the U.S. industry is materially injured, and cash deposits will be collected in the meantime.

• Oct 16, 2026Commerce makes final antidumping and countervailing duty determination on high purity dissolving pulp from Brazil and Norway

  Commerce determined that high purity dissolving pulp from Brazil is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value, with Bracell's estimated weighted-average dumping margin and the all-others rate both at 6.50 percent. CBP will require cash deposits at 6.40 percent (adjusted for subsidy offsets) under the notice's instructions, and the ITC will make its final injury determination.

• Oct 14, 2026ITC final vote in antidumping and countervailing duty investigation on linear hydraulic cylinders from Canada, China, India, South Korea and Mexico

  The US International Trade Commission made preliminary affirmative determinations that imports of linear hydraulic cylinders from Canada, China, India, Mexico, and South Korea reasonably indicate material injury to a US industry, and began final phase investigations. No duty rates are set in this notice.

• Oct 14, 2026ITC final vote in antidumping and countervailing duty investigation on non-refillable steel cylinders from China

  The US International Trade Commission determined in a five-year review that revoking the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on non-refillable steel cylinders from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to a US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. The notice sets no duty rates.
