Commerce makes final antidumping duty determination on chassis and subassemblies from China
Commerce issued a final determination in a covered merchandise inquiry finding that certain chassis axle beams, slider boxes, and landing gear sets imported by AXN (FEMC LLC) from China are covered by the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on chassis from China, and imposed importer certification requirements. The notice sets no new company or all-others rates.
