The US International Trade Commission determined in a five-year review that revoking the countervailing duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel from China and Taiwan, and the antidumping duty orders from China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, so the orders remain in place. This ITC notice sets no duty rates.
