Antidumping and countervailing duty order on polypropylene corrugated boxes from China and Vietnam
Commerce issued an antidumping duty order on polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam, following affirmative final determinations by Commerce and the ITC, and will direct CBP to collect cash deposits at a Vietnam-wide rate of 130.58 percent. Commerce also found critical circumstances did not exist and intends to lift suspension and refund deposits on certain earlier entries.
