ITC final vote in antidumping and countervailing duty investigation on welded stainless line and pressure pipe from United Arab Emirates, India and Turkey
The U.S. International Trade Commission made preliminary determinations that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of allegedly subsidized and less-than-fair-value imports of welded stainless steel line and pressure pipe from India, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates, and began final phase investigations. The notice sets no dumping margins, subsidy rates, or cash deposit rates.
