Antidumping duty order on acetone from Belgium, Spain, South Korea, Singapore and South Africa continued for five more years
Commerce published notice that it is continuing the antidumping duty orders on acetone from Belgium, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, and Spain, effective February 2, 2026, after finding that revocation would likely lead to continued dumping and injury. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will keep collecting antidumping cash deposits at the rates in effect at entry.
