Antidumping and countervailing duty order on antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China continued for five more years
Commerce continued the antidumping duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan and the countervailing duty order on products from China, effective June 11, 2026, after finding that revoking them would likely lead to continued dumping, subsidies and injury. CBP will continue collecting cash deposits at rates in effect at entry, and the notice does not restate new company rates.
