Antidumping and countervailing duty order on oil country tubular goods from China continued for five more years
Commerce published notice that it is continuing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on oil country tubular goods from China, effective May 19, 2026, after sunset reviews found revocation would likely lead to continued dumping, subsidies and injury. CBP will keep collecting cash deposits at the rates in effect at entry; the notice does not list new company-specific rates.
