Antidumping and countervailing duty order on silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Malaysia and Russia continued for five more years
Commerce continued the antidumping duty orders on silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, and Malaysia and the countervailing duty order on silicon metal from Kazakhstan, effective September 3, 2026, so CBP will keep collecting cash deposits at the rates in effect at entry. This notice does not set new rates.
