Antidumping and countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico and Turkey continued for five more years
Commerce published notice that it is continuing the antidumping duty order on rebar from Mexico and the countervailing duty order on rebar from Türkiye after sunset reviews found revocation would likely lead to continued dumping, subsidies and injury, so CBP will continue collecting cash deposits at rates in effect at entry.
