Antidumping and countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, South Korea and Vietnam continued for five more years
Commerce is continuing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on utility scale wind towers from Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Korea after the ITC found that revocation would likely lead to continued injury, so CBP will keep collecting cash deposits at the rates in effect at entry.
