Circumvention inquiry under antidumping duty order on certain tissue paper products from China
Commerce initiated a country-wide circumvention inquiry into whether tissue paper completed in Vietnam using Chinese-origin jumbo paper rolls is circumventing the antidumping duty order on tissue paper from China. The notice sets no new duty rates, and Commerce intends to issue a preliminary determination within 150 days of publication.
