Countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada
Commerce amended its expedited review results and reinstated softwood lumber from Canada produced and exported by D&G/Portbec into the countervailing duty order, after a court judgment set their subsidy rate at 1.05 percent, above de minimis. Cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties will be collected on their entries from the notice's publication date.
