Antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, Indonesia and India continued for five more years
Commerce continued the antidumping duty orders on certain preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia after determining and the ITC confirming that revocation would likely lead to continued dumping and injury, so CBP will keep collecting cash deposits at rates in effect at entry. The continuation is effective July 16, 2026, and no new margin rates are set in this notice.
